This is an order of sale that an attorney or pro se plaintiff must give to the sheriff after getting a judgment against someone to have their property sold at auction to satisfy the judgment (debt). You must attached a copy of the judgment and deliver it to the sheriff. Put your name at the top of the order. It is pretty straight forward and can be used anywhere, although this order gives the tenants of the property 60 days notice. In a couple of states it is 30 or 90.
